Imagine If (A new music project)
by Mirror Living
Mirror living has been blessed to join an effort already in the works from two people who are dreaming up a new collaborative music project that anyway can join. Recently I’ve connected with a spiritual brother of mine that I didn’t know I had.Realistically it was a re-connection. After about a month of talking back and forth we began to re-imagine how music could be once again a free and shared experience between everyone on the planet. I envision what has already taken place once before. A modernized social network Woodstock. Instead of a once in a lifetime experience it would now be right there at everyone’s fingertips with a push of a button anytime you wanted. But that would only affect the internet medium and that just wouldn’t be enough. We want something that will be a community, a studio, and a home for anyone. So we are planning much much more and all will be revealed as spirit continues to unfold its plans. This project as mentioned is still in the works and the founders of such a huge endeavor are two struggling dreamers Paul Bucksbee and Jesse Tarr. I’m just blessed to be able to join their newest dream project. Below is there song called The Goddess and their story with how the lyrics, music, and dream project came about.
I ask that you give us honest feedback. We won’t be offended. It takes a lump of clay to make a work of art. This post is the lump of clay and with your joined effort, together we can mold it into a masterpiece.
Thank you and God Bless
This is a live recording done by Paul Bucksbee and Jesse Tarr …all of the following music was played and recorded in under a half hour during a jam session on 7/7/2014.
Pauly mixed and recorded the composition including the strings he added, while Jesse played guitar and added vocals-everything you hear was improvised for a woman he knew from NJ. During this night his pain was vast and drove him to get something done musically for her no matter how tight the timeframe was. It was his night, and Pauly knew his pain. Together they listened to the guitar and strings as the music played through the speakers they have set up. Jesse imagined this woman was right in front of him..it was a night to say his final words to a woman he will always love for the rest of his life. Jesse had already suffered years of confusion thinking that he loved another woman from Texas. After realizing his unresolved conflict, the woman from NJ is who brought his true emotions to the surface. This lead Jesse to begin writing and recording his pain about his lost love. This song was written for what he now knows is his lost goddess. The woman from NJ.
After hearing a lot of positive feedback from others about the recording , Pauly and Jesse decided to start a band called “SanitysArrest”. They began to envision an open member project, which could help give birth to a new label, called (Imagine If) where any members can join in and collaborate with one another to form an entirely new way in which music could be experienced. Each person would become not only a part of new historic ground but they could also be a participant and the driving force with what could be a new progressive sound to enter the continuous transformation of the music universe. These two artists dream that with this project the more people wanting to collaborate with them the more opportunities we all will have to join the endless river of music flowing through us all. All of this includes that each member will have as much creative control as possible. This is still only a dream, but one that can encompass all of humanity. Its only when we join together, that dreams become a reality that grow and transform into something we could never have imagined otherwise.
